SU!

As some of you may have noticed, I no longer sell Stampin' Up. I understand how great the product is, but there is just SO MUCH out there that is great and I cannot sell for just one company. Therefor, I will still keep this website up and still update it with great products and promotions, but I will not be selling SU! from this website. You will see some updated work later today! Thanks!

Halloween!

Just wanted to show off my cuties from halloween! They were supposed to be a witch and a garden gnome but by the end of the night they were the Wicked Witch of the West and an Oompa Loompa! We were just missing our flying monkeys!

In a Snap!

Sometimes, by purchasing a scrap booking kit, you can create numerous cards in a very short period of time. I always enhance my stickers by matting them on cardstock or making them pop with Dimensionals. Although I used an alternative kit in this example, Stampin' Up sells NUMEROUS kits for all occasions. Make sure you use your scallop punch to add some decoration and you could even purchase some Stampin' Pretties flowers and die them to whatever color you need! Buttons also add as a nice touch when you don't have much time for major embellishing.

Hello!

Hey everybody! Are you getting anxious to see some new artwork? I have been trimmin' away some cute cards and even been working on a tutorial to launch this week! Stay tuned for some great ideas! In the meantime, I just wanted to share something I read on the Big Picture Scrapbooking website-

You don't need more time, you  need more ideas,
You need fewer expectations and less guilt
You also need to identify your biggest obstacles

This statement is so true. I have a friend that hops onto some scrapbooking blogs and websites when she is bored but doesn't ever scrapbook. She tells me, I don't have time! Remember, you cannot but a price on your memories!

DON'T FORGET! YOU CAN SIGN UP FOR 12 WEEKS OF CHRISTMAS WHERE YOU WILL GET EMAILS FULL OF EXCLUSIVE PROJECTS TO HELP YOU PREPARE FOR CHRISTMAS! JUST SIGN UP FOR THE MAILING LIST IN THE BOX TO YOUR RIGHT!

GO GREEN Card

Here is a super simple card you can create for a loved one! So simple, you don't need any fancy die cutting machine. Basically you will create your own circle, distress it, and create your own tree trunk. Put some buttons on it and there you go! Super simple, super cute. You can use just regular card stock as well and get the "Green" look!

Summer-Hunter

Here is another one with some DARN cute summer colors! Wow, these are so simple but I just LOVE how they are turning out! I think I will continue to make a few more and then look to inspiration!

OH BOY!

So, I thought why not try another one, but with a picture of my son? After shopping I thought a good way to ease into the layout mode would be to do some digitally, then I must get off the computer and off to get the 4TH week of 12 WEEKS OF CHRISTMAS! Its not too late to sign up for the 12 WEEKS OF CHRISTMAS! Just sign up for the newsletter!

Do you guys want to see some more articles and techniques? I havent posted a tutorial in a WHILE and thought  might just have to pop off tonight and go create something different. I do have some ideas and mind, and HOPE you will come back to see!

Relax

So I thought I would create ONE more for you all! This one was super cute from the get-go- Just LOVE those colors together! It makes me want to go get out my Stampin' Stash and make a cute Bashful Blue and Chocolate Chip card from SU! Designer Card-stock! Many of these techniques with the Digital Scrap-booking can be swiped into traditional easily! For example, you could use punches to create that cute button that the ribbon goes through! Aren't these SO inspirational!

I am Trying my hand at digital scrapbooking. I thought I would play around with it before I bought the  Stampin' Up! new Digital Studio! I am thinking its fun! I will be doing some more of these and blogging them. If anything, you can play around on a digital kit and see how you want to do it traditionally!

I thought the colors of this kit were super cute! I think I might actually try out some fabric flowers that my up-line created to see if I can make some cute layouts with HUGE flowers like this one!

Halloween Treat Bags

First, sorry for the horrible pictures!
Second, ARENT THESE ADORABLE?!?!
I am actually surprised with myself! My little tots teacher needed somebody to volunteer to provide goody bags for their halloween parties. I included healthy stuff, such as one piece of chocolate, teddy grams, a pencil, an eraser, some halloween m&ms as well as a little kit for the kids to make their own spiders! The teacher loved them and I hope the kids do too!

Card from Scraps

I made this card using my scraps from the previous two layouts.

Sweet-Layout

I made this layout after seriously thinking for a long time about how I need to get back into scrapbooking. I used chipboard letters from Stampin' Up, which you can order here.

Boy-Layout

I just thought I would show a scrap layout. I have shown a lot of 3D items, and other altered gifts but should probably get caught up on my scrap-booking. This is a layout I made of my son. I used Chipboard elements to add dimension to the page!

Christmas Ornaments

!
The first thing you are going to do is punch 8 scallop punches, two different patterned papers. Then you are going to fold them in half and glue the halves back to back. The when you have them in a stack, glue twine in the middle and glue each end. YAY! You have a mini ornament

Card Ideas

I am waiting for my new Stampin' Up supplies and so while I am, I am weeding out what I already have! So, here are two cards I made!

-Halloween Treat Bags-

So each weekend, I create some new treats for halloween! These are just some bag toppers I made for Halloween Candy Corn. Did you know that people eat enough candy corn a year that if you lined it up it would go around the earth 4.25 times? I told my husband that he eats enough just for it to go around 3 of those times!

Well stay tuned for more!
